How It Works
The first step is to schedule a free consultation so that we can discuss your firm’s needs. During that phone call, we will explore your expectations for the role and develop a plan to make sure your firm operates efficiently.
If you decide you would like to move forward, we will send you everything you need to get started with us which includes a Paralegal Services Agreement for your review and signature that outlines the terms of our agreement as well as a link to a secure drive which is where you can upload whatever documents are relevant to the work we are performing. This is also where the completed work product will be located. You will be able to download all work product to your case management system from there.
Some of our attorneys prefer to give us access to their case management system so that we can directly access whatever information we need and upload work product directly. We have experience with many different case management systems and are able to accommodate this without issue.
Once the initial onboarding takes place, you can reach out whenever you need assistance. We request you email us with the details of the assignment and the due date so that we are sure to meet your expectations.
Costs
Typically, our attorneys charge between $125.00 and $180.00 an hour for our time, so they make money while we do the work.
There are no monthly minimums. Use us as little or as much as you need. It can even change from one month to the next. We maintain flexibility because we know that each attorney’s needs are different. We bill a flat hourly rate for all paralegal work performed and even offer legal assistant services as well.
